We believe in timeless projects. A house should not look like its decade: it should look like the people who live in it.

EJ Arquitectura is an architecture and interior design studio formed by a group of architects working on residential, corporate and cultural projects. We work from Samborondón for clients in Ecuador and around the world.

Our method starts from a simple conviction: the important decisions are made by seeing, not by imagining. That is why we visualise every project at a cinematic level before building it — not as a sales tool, but as the instrument that lets you decide materials, light and proportion while changing is still free.

How we work

Architecture, interiors and furniture are conceived together, under a single design direction. That is what makes a house feel finished.

Where we work

We design for clients anywhere in the world. We build mainly in Samborondón — Mocolí, Aires de Batán, La Puntilla and the vía Samborondón — and in Guayaquil, where we know the estate regulations, the soil behaviour and the demands of a tropical climate.
